FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will be conducting the financial need analysis for La Salle High School of Yakima for the upcoming 2018-2019 school year.
*Returning families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment on or before January 15, 2018. Due to our budgetary/planning constraints, if you miss the January 15, 2018, deadline, you will potentially lose a percentage of your financial assistance award, according to the following schedule:
01/16/2018 – 02/15/2018 20%
02/16/2018 – 03/15/2018 40%
03/16/2018 – 04/15/2018 60%
04/16/2018 – 05/15/2018 80%
You can use the same account as the prior year if you still have your username and password.
New and returning applicants can apply online by clicking the FACTS link (see green button below). The application fee, paid to FACTS, will be $30. Once an online application has been completed, the following information will need to be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:
Copies of your 2016 Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
Copies of your 2016 W-2 forms for both you and your spouse.
Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.
All supporting documentation can be uploaded in pdf format online.
Documentation can be brought in to the La Salle Finance office to be scanned and uploaded, faxed to 866-315-9264, or mailed to the address below. Please be sure to include the applicant ID on all faxed or mailed correspondence.
